Hello XDA friends here I'm sharing new MIUI 9 stable rom released by Xiaomi.
I made this rom for our k4 note because macblaze unable to give update due to some reason so I made this rom.

Installation same as other MIUI rom
Twrp 
Wipe all I suggest internal storage also except (SD card )
Swipe to factory reset 
Flash zip 
can also flash SuperSU zip after flash ROM 
Reboot system 
First reboot will take some time 
Do setup and select preferred network LTE
Enjoy
